To sign up for the spring/fall season, please download and complete an ATL Sign-Up Form.  This form is provided in both Microsoft Word and PDF format.  If you have Microsoft Word, you can download the form, complete it and email it back.  If you download the PDF form, you can complete it by hand and mail or fax it back.
